- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that every project is different, and we will create a custom quote that reflects your needs. Typically our design fee will reflect the project size and complexity of renovation. Since we don't like surprise fees or unexpected up-sells, we share the following breakdown of service fees in case you have any questions. Fixed fee (drawing plans): $2,000 – $12,000 Fixed fee (full service): $4,880 – $15,000+ (Includes Bidding & Construction Administration) Designer hourly rate: $85 Architect hourly rate: $180 Average Design Cost (per square foot): $20 – $25
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a collaborative approach to design, working closely with our clients to ensure that every detail is just right. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we are there every step of the way to guide and help manage the experience. We're pleased to offer design packages and architect services that will help you dip your toe into your project and explore the possibilities.
