Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. However, many of the tiles he laid are not even with each other in the corners. When we asked him about this, he said some must have sunk between when he set them out and leveled them and when they set. It does not look like a normal tile floor. He also left a mess of grout all over the house—doorways, adjacent floors, walls, light switches. It will take us hours to clean it. Overall, super nice guy but we wouldn’t hire him again.
