Owning several high end rental properties in Brookfield, WI, I was very impressed with this company. I had the choice of about 5 cash monaural off of Thumbtack. The clock was really ticking down for me with a tenant moving in the next day. Carpet was cleaned in 3 bedrooms, hallways, family room and 2 small sets of stairs. The following day after our initial conversation Bryan came earlier than the set appointment and came in under the original quoted price to clean approximately 1500 square feet on 3 levels of the Townhome. My company will definitely use Beren’s in the future and refer their services to my business associates, friends and family. Thanks again for a great experience.
