- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the number of rooms, halls, stairs, furniture pieces, etc. Pretreatment and deodorizer are always included (no extra cost!). Customers can add stain protector, pet enzyme treatment, and red stain removal for an extra fee (these are all optional - we will not hard sell you).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quote over the phone. We won't tack on tons of upgrades when we arrive to the job, so you won't be surprised by a bill twice the size of your original quote. Next we set a firm appointment time - usually between 9 to 5pm on weekdays and 9 to 1pm on Saturdays. When we arrive to the job, a 2 person crew will take care of everything from vacuuming to final grooming. We accept checks and credit cards at the time of service and will provide a receipt via email.

We work with a wide variety of customers including renters, homeowners, investors, property management companies, and commercial clients.
