Every job is different, as is every client. It all depends on them. Customer comes first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think an initial phone call can bring ease and validity to the customer. Then a face to face, meet and greet gets the juices flowing and the creative process started. Let the magic begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cooking at a young age, being influenced by friends, family, and neighbors of all different etnicities. I brought that passion through culinary school and graduated at the top of my class. I started cooking professionally soon after, and proceeded to run the kitchens of some of the top restaurants in Milwaukee. I became the go-to girl for people that were looking to open new spots. I have always done my catering and cooking classes throughout my career seeing that this is my true love and where I truly shine.
