- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from MATC Culinary Arts Program, serve safe certified, food and wine pairing certified, modern food trends certified, hospitality marketing and sales certified, Managerial license, supervision in hospitality certified, member of the American Culinary Foundation, member of the Chef and child federation, member of the world class chef's club.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent most of my life cooking and have mostly worked in the food and beverage industry. So one day I had a epiphany. Cooking is what I do best and i decided to go back to school to get my degree.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Working with TV Chef Lidia Bastianich to promote her new cook book. It took 6 of us about 19 hours over a 2 day process to get ready for her grand event.
