Ian is very friendly and definitely knows what he’s doing. Always was explaining what he was doing and showed me the prices of better quality software and even was able to get great deals on it. He is always answering my calls or calls me back within the hour and gets to fixing the problems right then and there while talking on the phone. He never made me feel like a question was dumb and would explain it in ways that made total sense to me even though I’m not a computer person at all. Highly recommend him and his company/team. I will never look else where that’s for sure!
