I have been an active clinical therapist of 34 years and a practitioner of tai chi chuan for 38 years, teaching this and other internal and external martial arts, as well as qigong in various college, university and community campuses for the past 28 years.
I bring a discipline that serves many purposes, i.e. mindfulness, stress reduction, balance, flexibility, mind/body connection and highlight not only self-defensive abilities, but psychological, spiritual, therapeutic and other life skills, especially relational skills to students.
