I interviewed several refinishers for my 90+ year old hardwood floors. David Passow was informative and straight-forward in what he would do with respect to results, process and schedule. He followed through with fabulous results. Initially, I was worried about the many pet and other stains as well as warps accumulated over the century. He did not promise a perfect floor, but he conveyed confidence in removing almost all imperfections and minimizing the rest. His work on our NEW floor exceeded expectations! The stains were removed and other imperfections are not apparent. The before and after photos on his website were accurate and likely you will see our photos soon. David displayed professional confidence in his craft, and he was fun and informative to work with in every stage of the process. He was eager to provide tips on care for the floor as if it was his own. David was right on schedule from the start of the work through its completion. Prassow was extremely competitive in his pricing. I will call on David in the future for my flooring needs. You cant go wrong in getting his low-keyed, professional advice and quote. Henry
