- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer variety of discounted rates for a variety of services . I also understand that sometimes a one time spray is not enough. So i offer free boosters depending on what kind of service you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask a few questions to get an idea of the activity and I also do a consolation to get an idea of how they are getting the activity. I also give advice for further prevention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my pesticide license and my 5.0 certification
