Multiple pieces of furniture damaged/destroyed, and they took NO responsibility for any of it. Their logic? The truck was too small so the items shifted. Really?? Wish I could post pics so u can c firsthand how they packed my things. It's a miracle anything came off that truck in one piece. DONT HIRE THESE GUYS. They refused to be accountable for anything.
Pavilion Contracting and Design's reply
Excuse you... But this is slander. Please stop harassing us. You already filed a complaint against our company and threatened us with a lawsuit. We apologized and also informed you the day of your move that your truck was to small to move a house, storage, basement, garage, and outside furniture.

What a great experience!!! William, owner of this company had everything in place from the moment that I called. I'm pretty anal about my personal belongs being handled by strangers. Sadly not having family where I moved made my move that much more stressful on me. The guys from PC/D moving me were impressive with their politeness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Great crew.
