- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate, but also on occasion quote flat rates for a short term projects. I also offer a discounted rate if there is ongoing work over a longer period of time. For your convenience, I accept cash, check or credit card payments. Some projects will require a nominal deposit.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing is that the client knows what they want, and has all of the necessary resources organized when they contact me. With that I can hit the ground running, and produce great work in a short amount of time.
