Adan did a wonderful job helping me finish a small bathroom refresh when my diy skills proved to be not be sufficient enough for carpentry. He was extremely responsive and was able to come out the next day to look at the project and provide me an estimate. His price was very fair and he started the job the next Monday morning. Took him one day. I’m very pleased with the results and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it myself! I will look to rebook him for future projects!

Tenant informed me of a water leak through their bedroom window, I reached out on the thumbtack platform and Adan with AV1 Retrofit responded within minutes of my sending out the request. He called me and we discussed the issue and then we scheduled entry with the tenants. Adan is professional, courteous, and was on time for the scheduled appointment, he contacted me when he arrived. Once on-site Adan completed a thorough evaluation of the water intrusion and had a game plan to repair the issue. During the repair Adan took photos and videos and sent them to me while he was repairing the issue, loved that. I was kept in the loop the whole time and he explained all of the steps he was taking to fix the issue. I can’t say enough about Adan. I have already referred him to my family and friends. If you want a good reliable professional handyman then he’s your guy.

-Installs are flat rates that include material AND disposal of trash/debris. -Repairs can be negotiated either by flat rate OR hourly ($60 an hour). Discounts are available in exchange for a review.

I like to meet my customers and see the project physically to inspect/coordinate all the details with a reasonable price.
