Don't use the brand's installation services - use DDW instead! After a horrible experience with trying to get a dishwasher installed, I hired DDW to come out and finish the job. He confirmed if I had ran it the way they left it, I would have had water everywhere. He checked the connections, added clamps, tightened brackets and even pointed out that they hadn't left the kick plate for the appliance. His fee was well worth the piece of mind that it's done right.
