Juan really helped us out by doing some major deck repairs on a limited timeline as we needed to get our home on the market. His communication was great, he was always transparent with us about issues he found that may need additional repairs, we found pricing to be completely fair, and he was always aiming to do things right and build to code. Juan came out to fix our storm door that wasn't shutting properly. He was done in about 45 min and did a great job repairing what we asked. He was very kind and explained what he did. I would highly recommend him!

Juan? Took 15-20 minutes. Absolutely wonderful, polite and perfect installation of doorknob and he even picked up doorknob for me. I forgot I had a blind to replace. I asked if he could do so. Took him 10 minutes and with a smile on his face. He is as professional as they get. He will be my go to for anything I need and also has referrals for house cleaners!

I needed a step built prior to having my garage seal coated. I was kind of panicking because I couldn’t find anyone to do this for me, and in the timeframe I needed it done. Juan came through for me…he came over at the end of a workday, talked to me about what I wanted, and built the step that same day! Juan’s skills and finished product honestly exceeded my very high expectations! Here are before and after photos. This step was perfect! He alleviated a lot of stress I had with my tight deadline.
