Juan? Took 15-20 minutes. Absolutely wonderful, polite and perfect installation of doorknob and he even picked up doorknob for me. I forgot I had a blind to replace. I asked if he could do so. Took him 10 minutes and with a smile on his face. He is as professional as they get. He will be my go to for anything I need and also has referrals for house cleaners!

I needed a step built prior to having my garage seal coated. I was kind of panicking because I couldn’t find anyone to do this for me, and in the timeframe I needed it done. Juan came through for me…he came over at the end of a workday, talked to me about what I wanted, and built the step that same day! Juan’s skills and finished product honestly exceeded my very high expectations! Here are before and after photos. This step was perfect! He alleviated a lot of stress I had with my tight deadline.
