I recently became an independent contractor. Have been in business for 3 years independent, with an extra 6 years working for dealerships, heating and cooling, and the hotel industry. So I travel for work 3 weeks out the month. Doing this as a side income. Working for the hotel industry I pride myself in quality work. Love to see the customer smile and for them to call me back. I’m a mechanic by trade (WCTC). Learned refrigeration from my dad he has been in business for 30 years. My uncle showed me electricity and plumbing. The rest I learned at the hotel industry, any remodeling, replacing or fixing anything in a house is just another day at work. Enjoy what I do and always shoot for customer satisfaction!

Very professional. Great work. Beyond happy with our decision to go with Martin. Highly recommended. Martin did a fantastic job at the hotel. Completing room rehabs, emergency door installation, coordination with multiple companies to complete a roof replacement, appliance repairs, other employees training, etc. Was a pleasure having you on site. I will always call him back if needed!

Great customer service and satisfaction.Martin answered all of our questions before arriving. He did a fabulous job remodeling of 30 of our rooms. Very professional and quality of work done was excellent. I would recommend Martin for any remodeling. Can’t forget the money I saved by using him instead of having those room still out of order. Well done Martin and thank you.

The service was excellent! He came in and put casting around the doors, cleaned up after himself and did not take long! He was very polite as well. I will be using Mr. Andrade for more projects that I have.

Well, called Martain multiple times to finish the job he start after he told me what part to get. He hasn't answer his phone since and left me with an taken apart washing machine that still needs to be put back together. Worse experience dealing with a handyperson. He can improve by following through with the job he started.
