Did an amazing job refinishing my floors for a very reasonable price. They were very responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. They also were able to put new flooring over old vents that had been closed off and stain them to match the color of the original maple wood. Super happy with the work, in particular the vents - those things were terrifying and dirty and I’m glad they now have gorgeous hardwood over them instead. Several other companies I called said they did not have the experience to cover old vents, but this team was able to!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is unique, some homes have been through rougher times than others. We will have to do an in home assessment to give you a fair, competitive offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to set up a free in home estimate by setting up a time that is good for the homeowner, measure the rooms, and go over the condition of the floor, ask about any repairs and possible stain choices. By the time we are done, the homeowner has a quote!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing this for a looonnggg time - 20+ years! We have seen pretty much just about everything that could happen to a floor after it has been lived on!
