- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as follows: *32.00 per hr for residential Roughly, it takes 5 hours to thoroughly clean a 3-bathroom 3-large room home. We require 80.00 dollars as a booking charge which will also be applied to your final bill. ABAB believe in accurate billing therefore we use a program that keeps track of our hours work while automatically applying our hourly rate. We begin tracking our time the moment our first cleaning supplies is used. The tracking is stopped when our last cleaning supplies is put into our bucket. The program then generates an invoice which we then deduct the booking charge and invoice you any remaining portion. *Commercial Clients must book consultation *Special pricing for senior citizens and discounts available for new clients (applies to reoccurring customers only)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Set consultation appointment This first step properly introduces ABAB to the potential client seeking services. In this appointment the customer has more opportunity to express their expectations and to get an understanding of what our company has to offer including the products that we use. This is also the timing where ABAB have the opportunity to assess the location where the services will be render. -Established Services Once both parties are in agreement to provide and receive services, a day of service will be booked with an 80.00 down payment, and an agreement contract will be signed for ongoing reoccurring clients -Services Render ABAB commits to service day and time. Final bill is invoiced. Payment is to be made within 48 hours after customer has been invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A'Broom and A'Bucket promise its clients an experience that they are above satisfied with. Although our owner possesses many skills through her experience in cleaning environments such as banks, apartment complexes, pool facilities, offices, schools, and residential nonetheless Antoinette Wade strongly believes in taking the time to improve, remain up to date, and refreshen existing skills. Therefore, our owner sees the necessity of becoming a member of The Janitor Store. It is through this platform where all our staff members including the owner gain further training, educational resources, and certifications. It is also a method we use to implement team building and conduct workshops within our business.
