They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my son's rental home after he moved out. Cynthia and her crew did an incredibly thorough job...I don't think that house was EVER that clean! I'd highly recommend their services to anyone.

I hired C& K Cleaning Services to prepare our home for new owners. I hoped they would detail the home, and really do a thorough cleaning of the whole house. Their work was outstanding, and surpassed every expectation! Prompt, professional, courteous, self-motivated. Even moved appliances to clean behind them. I would highly recommend this company.

C&K performed move-in cleaning on my newly purchased house. The house was in desperate need of cleaning and C&K did a wonderful job tackling the dirt and grime within the bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets and drawers. Perfect job. I highly recommend their services.

Hired Mr. Greer to clean, probably, years of debris & dust from 8 radiators from 30 inches to the longest being approx 5 ft . He was very accommodating and flexible when I had to change the time on short notice twice that morning.The job should probably have taken less time I still had to spend a couple of hours cleaning them. Mr.Greer vacuum & and also dry brushed then, but the radiators were still pretty dirty though no fault of Mr.Greer.He done a very good job. I would recommend C& K but I would, probably, negotiate by the project. I was an hour late getting to the unit. Mr Greer was VERY understanding. I included that hour in the pay. (Never want to cheat someone who done the work ). However, upon tallying up his rate x the hours worked and I stated the amount, his reply was," If that's what you say," I was puzzled by his response, and asked again and received the same response. This was somewhat off- putting because I accepted his quote and so he should just have confirmed the amount due. I paid him the amont agreed upon and additional 45% because I believed it to be a truer price for the job. Mr.Greer was courteous, efficient and cleaned up the work area well. I just wish he had given me a price for the project and perhaps, (I apologize if I'm wrong) not stretched out the time since he billed hourly. I would definitely hire Mr. Greer, again. He had interesting stories, too...he made my time washing walls and radiators less unpleasant.Thank you,again Jim.

C&K did an outstanding job with our move out clean - I am so much more than pleased. The house (which had been professionally cleaned before we moved in) looks better than it ever has. They took down blinds and cleaned them, wiped out the inside of trash cans...I could go on. Their work was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I am sad we've moved out of town and won't be able to us their services for regular cleans of our home. I will happily recommend C&K looking for a cleaning service.

A Detailed "SCOPE OF WORK" will be completed to insure both pqrties are clear of tasks requested and completed.
