Nicole and Lamont did a move out cleanup and carpet cleaning for me. I shopped around and they had the best price and were friendly to boot. They did a fantastic job! I would hire them again.

Nicole and Lamont did carpet cleaning and general cleaning at our daughter's condo that she is renting out. They were extremely courteous, prompt and did a nice job. Price was very fair. The place looks great and we would use them again.

This service did a great job deep cleaning my home, especially the floors, stairs, and carpets, at a very reasonable price. Later I noticed very small areas that had been missed (such as bathroom corners), but nothing major. Maybe just a little more attention to detail would help but overall great job!

I cannot rave enough about how wonderful my experience was with Humming Byrd Cleaning Service. Nicole and her husband Lamont were so delightful, professional, and customer service driven. I have hired several services before but, have never had a service that pays such great attention to detail and things that I said was fine to skip over they refused. I will be using them again and I have forwarded their information on to friends as they have a wonderful referral bonus program. I just want to thank you so much Nicole and Lamont. We are currently running a special for new customers. New customers, will receive $25.00 off of their first service with us. Just mention the phrase “LoveCleaning” this promotion ends on 12/31/18.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer has contacted us for services, I prefer to meet with them at their home to take with them on their specific needs and answer any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management as well as 15 plus years of customer service experience.
