Hi Desire, my cleaner did a wonderful job and my apartment was sparkling when she finished. I hadn’t asked but she did the windows too and made great improvement on soil stains on carpet. I will definitely use this service again! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Desire was immediately responsive upon receiving my inquiry and communicated very patiently through all my questions and concerns beforehand and throughout their long day of deep cleaning our house. We had some really filthy areas, but they tackled them effectively and nonjudgmentally. They couldn't get all areas because of our clutter, but they communicated that clearly and did clean whatever they could reach. They were always respectful of our property. Overall I'm very happy and thankful for Desire and team and look forward to having them back!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer, we talk about their property and the type of service they are looking for. Once we have those details we provide a quote that fits our client's needs and wants the most, we always try to work around our clients wants and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience goes years back to when we used to work for other companies as cleaners, in hospitals, clinics, offices, daycares, banks and our past jobs with residential cleaning, till we decided to start our own business!
