- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set ourselves apart from other businesses and franchises because we want to become better acquainted with our clients so that you will feel comfortable with us and to feel your home is safe with us. This is why we do free in home consultations. This also allows us to assess the home, get better detailed/specifics as to what our clients want done and to give the total of what the job will cost. No hidden fees. Prices given to you by Thumbtack is what would be considered a guesstimate. This means prices can vary, more or less depending on condition of home. For example: Deep clean inside/outside of oven: $45 inside/outside of fridge is $45 Price can change depending on condition of inside and outside of fridge and oven. Windows: $25 Price can vary depending on condition and how many windows there are in the home. **We try to cater to our clients as best as we can. We also provide cleaning and emergency cleaning after hours and on our day off (Sunday) upon special request for an addition fee***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not only is getting a clients home Pristine a major importance for our clients, trust is another huge importance to us. Our clients trust in us means they are in good hands, worry free, stress relieved. This is why our first steps or process when working with a new client is setting up an in home walk through. When doing so we become better acquainted with the client, we also get to see the home and go through a detailed checklist of what the client is looking to get done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the cleaning field for a few years before I decided to branch out on my own. Working for a cleaning service or company you don’t get the chance to bond with clients or be able to go the extra step in giving the home an extra dusting here or there. You go into the home and do basic cleaning within 1 hour and be on your way. That to me was just not cutting it. Not only do I want my client to come home and see that there home is immaculate but I want to leave there home satisfied and certain that the home is perfectly cleaned.
