- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always provided in writing and includes all labor and materials. We never change the price unless the scope of work changes. If the scope of work changes we always discuss the extra charges and have an additional work order signed. You will never get a surprise "extra" on your final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact K2PAINTING LLC we discuss your project and set a time for an estimate. We will send our Bid Packet and a reminder email. Next, we meet and go over your project. You will receive a written service agreement via email. When you hire us we will send an invoice for a 30% deposit and schedule the work. Next, we ask that you provide your paint colors so that we can arrive on the a scheduled date ready to go. You will receive your final invoice upon completion and final payment is due at this time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started painting when I was 18 with a friend in the summers. Later, I worked for a large commercial company specializing in metal roofs, awnings and office panels. Painting has been my career and I now handle estimating and project management for my own company.
