Hired Fox Point Home Organizing (Suzanne) to help organize a troublesome room in my house. It was a great experience. She not only helped me clean the space but gave some helpful suggestions for space utilization with my furniture. (The room is oddly shaped) Her suggestions freed up a lot of space before we even did anything else. She came prepared with tools to help me decorate with art I had but never bothered to hang. I had worked with another organizer company while moving a family member. Suzanne / Fox Point was the superior of the two. Highly recommend.Dec 14, 2019VerifiedFox Point Coaching & Organizing's reply

Hi Sam! Thank you so much for taking your valuable time to leave such an excellent review while you are in the middle of a move!!! I thoroughly enjoy working with you and appreciate your insightful feedback throughout the process. You know what you want, and you articulate it with amazing clarity! SO looking forward to working with you again.
Working with Suzanne was a landmark event for us. I was delighted by her ability to turn to my thoughts and goals for more organized and manageable spaces in our home into wonderful working systems! She matched our need of having systems to support both a living and a working flow in all areas of our home, from a household filing system that is easily accessible for both my husband and me, to kitchen cabinets, sewing area, medicine cabinet, pantry, etc. She coached me through her process and taught me a few essential rules that I am still using today, over six years later. She is still my "go to" guru, who I consult regularly!Mar 15, 2019
Suzanne was amazing and I highly recommend her. Being a single father in a new home you could say my place was far from organized. I somewhat knew where things were and I was getting by but there was no flow. I wanted to do better than just “getting by” and I knew I hired the right person in Suzanne from the very start. You can just tell she exudes organization from the initial phone call from her demeanor to all her experience. The process is made very simple on the customer and they always keep you up to date from the initial scheduling email/text, to the updating text, and the closing text, the whole process is recorded and you can check the progress and see job details from the links they send to you. Before ever meeting her in person you know her life must be organized and she will do the same for you. We walked around and I showed her my trouble areas and agreed to start at the kitchen as that was the worse and things were just thrown all around in cabinets. She had great insight on where things should go and worked hand-in-hand with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She was able to organize my entire kitchen in no time and gave ideas on what else could be done with a little cash investment in cabinets, clips, hooks, and filing. She doesn’t pressure any of that on you but shows what could be done with simple, inexpensive buys that you can find anywhere. She walked though some that she has used in the past and trust to work if I choose to go that route. Not only did she clean up my kitchen but gave me the tools to continue even after she was gone and that was really invaluable. She did such a good job with my kitchen that I asked her back for the rest of my house. We went on and made a command center, a little office for myself, and filing systems for all the documents that I just had in a shoe box under my bed. She was exactly what I needed and helped me create a system that is not only clean but also easy to maintain. I never believed in Feng Shui but my house now feels more open and welcoming being clutter free and moving a few things around to make it all work better for me and my son.Jun 13, 2019Fox Point Coaching & Organizing's reply
Taylor, I cannot thank you enough for this incredibly comprehensive and glowing review! Your projects were fun, and expectations were clear. It is always a relief working with someone who is completely clear, communicative, and thorough with all of your useful feedback.
I cannot possibly say enough good things about the services provided by Suzanne. She is literally amazing at how well she can see the potential among pure chaos! She works with her clients to articulate her vision & I've never disagreed w/ how she remarkably & efficiently optimizes space! She makes a plan & timeline, & she's incredible at executing both as envisioned. If you're like me, I hold onto too much stuff, & she's empathetic that some things may be hard to give up & she offers ways to make that process easier. I'm so thrilled I found her, & couldn't recommend her more highly for any organizing project!!!May 24, 2019Verified
