- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have basic fees for my services, but since I often "bundle" and customize a client's programs, I am very comfortable working within THEIR budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Life Coach, which nicely complements my expertise in Outplacement Counseling..
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into Outplacement (OP) after I lost my HR job due to Corporate Re-organization. I had Outplacement as a severance benefit, and fell in love with the concept of how OP helped others. Plus, I could utilize my HR experience to help people get INTO a job, not just screen them OUT of a job! After 20+ years in OP, I again lost my job to Corporate Re-organization. This afforded me the opportunity to start my own business, Counseling & Outplacement Group, LLC (www.cogllc.biz).
