This company re-keyed three locks on my home, and that work seems fine. However, after their employee left, I used the front door, and both the inside and outside door knobs came off and I could not fix the problem myself. I called the company, and the employee stated that it could not be his fault. However, I've owned this home for over seven years and not one time has this happened. He said he would come look at it, but if he found the fault wasn't his, he would charge me another trip fee and for any parts he might use to fix it. I spoke to him again the next day, and still he insisted it was coincidence. I will not use this company again.

Workman was very efficient, job was completed quickly. Broken garage springs replaced and garage door is working perfectly. The owner worked around my schedule and the technician arrived when I requested, and on time. I will be recommending them

We hired them to repair a garage pulley and they were very responsive punctual and able to fix the problem quickly. He was also knowledgeable in needing to replace our garage in the future and able to provide estimated life left in our garage door and approximate estimate for new door, opener and installation. We will contact them in future if we need another quick fix or maintenance and will consider for new install as well.
