I hired Tom to paint the trim and doors. He did a great job and was very attentive to detail. He was professional, prompt in his response and scheduling, and nice to work with.

Tom has completed two cement related jobs at my home, the latest being a small patio in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier. He does great work, has an open and ongoing line of communication, and you can't beat his price. Would highly recommend.

We hired Tom in September for exterior painting as well as evaluating water damage below the large windows of our front bedroom and in our rear sunroom.
Tom was a source of valuable information in regards to finding solutions to the problem that caused this damage and gave advise on how to correct other problems he found while looking at our home. This attention to detail, as well as stating he was able to save our windows is why both my husband and I made our decision to move forward with Tom vs the numerous contractors we had interviewed.
The exterior painting was done carefully and areas of greater need were addressed until it met his satisfaction. Quality done was outstanding.
Our exterior front bedroom wall is currently under construction. Steps are being taken to carefully remove the brick for use after the internal work has been done. The interior garage wall is open to prepare for the anchors that will support the brick that is pulling away. Workmanship is excellent thus far. The back wall will be addressed after the completion of the front areas of our home. We are excited to see the end result.
We will definitely follow up at the completion of our project.

Tom repaired a small 2nd floor deck for us on the east side of Milwaukee. His price was fair and the work was good and fast. Next time we have a project we need help with we will be calling Tom.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project has different circumstances- each job is unique! Project areas must first be looked at in-person to verify existing conditions in order to receive an in-person Quote, verbally. We will then send you the written Quote via Thumbtack. Once we receive notification, via Thumbtack, that you have viewed the message with the Quote attachment, we can discuss generating a contract for in-person signature. Please note the Quote expiration date and any special Notes. Projects can then be scheduled after a written Contract is signed. Down payment is required. We still practice mostly traditional methods of business such as not accepting electronic signatures for paperwork; however, we will accept electronic payments if need be. These methods are better for the customer and more accurate for us. We also provide Owner Completion Certificates to document that the Client is satisfied with our work. Then, Lien Waivers are provided to show payment has been made in full. Make sure your contractor provides these documents otherwise you could be billed twice without this proper paper trail. You may not want to hire someone who does not provide these legal documents for your protection. Disclaimer: In order to provide customary and usual service to our Clients, we reserve the right to accept or decline projects at any time for any reason. Estimates/Quotes are not contracts.
