Tom has completed many types of projects for me over the recent years. Small handyman things like installing fans, water heater, blinds, wheelchair ramp, toilet change out, light fixture change out, common drain leak/stoppage repair. Large projects have included removal of walls to enlarge rooms, installing oak hardwood flooring removing vinyl/carpet, painting, drywall, ceramic tile to laundry and bathroom. He also landscaped my yard solving drainage problems and flooding by creating beautiful river rock raised shaped gardens. Tom has extensive life experience in home building, remodeling, and design. He has very creative ideas and can problelm solve challenging situations that come up in projects. He has great attention to detail. He shares his ideas to make the project special and individual, staying within my budget. My next project is remodeling the main bath: fixture update, tile and glass treatments. Then, additional hardwood flooring. Tom's gift is attention to detail, executing conceptual design, woodworking details. He has designed and built homes of all sizes, including a log home for me. I highly recommend him for ANY SIZE JOB. Small, or a large project. Not a fly by night tradesman!Mar 15, 2017
replaced sink in bathroom, and applied wainscoting. Our house is very old and repairs sometimes bring surprises, Tom was patient and diligent about doing a quality job when these challenges arose.May 12, 2017Verified
It went great. Tom is a stickler for detail. His work and skill at renovations is just outstanding. While they were renovating our master bathroom, we were able to use our master bedroom the entire time. Tom really knows how to manage a job site. The kitchen and master bath were done and stayed under our $45,000 budget.Apr 17, 2017

Looking for the greatest handyman known to man? Well, you can stop your search here and hire Tom! I cannot speak more highly for him and everything he did for us. Tom went above and beyond when finishing our attic. After seeing so much shotty work from someone we previously hired, he took the time to make things right and make sure my family and I were safe. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are beyond anything I have ever seen. This guy is a true artist. We really found a friend in Tom and can’t wait to have him back for future projects!!Jul 15, 2018Verified
Tom has completed two cement related jobs at my home, the latest being a small patio in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier. He does great work, has an open and ongoing line of communication, and you can't beat his price. Would highly recommend.Sep 25, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each project has different circumstances- each job is unique! Project areas must first be looked at in-person to verify existing conditions in order to receive an in-person Quote, verbally. We will then send you the written Quote via Thumbtack. Once we receive notification, via Thumbtack, that you have viewed the message with the Quote attachment, we can discuss generating a contract for in-person signature. Please note the Quote expiration date and any special Notes. Projects can then be scheduled after a written Contract is signed in-person. Down payment is required. We still practice mostly traditional methods of business such as not accepting electronic signatures for paperwork; however, we will accept electronic payments if need be. These methods are better for the customer and more accurate for us. We also provide Owner Completion Certificates to document that the Client is satisfied with our work. Then, Lien Waivers are provided to show payment has been made in full. Make sure your contractor provides these documentss otherwise, you could be billed twice without this proper paper trail. You may not want to hire someone who does not provide these legal documents for your protection. Disclaimer: In order to provide customary and usual service to our Clients, we reserve the right to accept or decline projects at any time for any reason. Estimates/Quotes are not contracts.
