- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For online math tutoring, the fee is $36 per hour (or $18 per half hour), payable through PayPal on the day of the tutoring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a student comes to me for help with homework, so we go through the work together. As we do the work, I may see areas of math that need more work, so we can get up to speed on those areas so that the new material makes sense. Math needs a good foundation, because everything builds on the previous material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree and a Bachelors degree in piano from the University of Illinois. I also have 49 credits in math from several colleges, including Ohio University, University of NC, Converse College, University of Wisconsin and University of Illinois.
