Incredible experience from start to finish! Shanell was super responsive during the initial request. Cornell, Devin, and Jonathan were great when they arrived! They had a very efficient process moving the packed items out. They also came prepared with rugs and furniture wraps, for all furniture, including the tv and couch. Moving the boxes and furniture in was as seamless as moving everything out. They took great care in transporting all our items and were really responsive in our request on where to place them. They even took the time to move in and problem solve on difficult furniture pieces even when it seemed improbable they would get through the doorway. They went way above and beyond our expectations and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a move!

Details: 2 bedroom home • Movers + truck(s) • 11 - 20 miles • Load via passenger elevator • Unload flat; no stairs or elevator

Moving is already stressful, but navigating a major life transition while being solely responsible for moving myself and my three small children has felt incredibly overwhelming at times. When I spoke with her, she didn’t just hear me asking about moving services—she genuinely listened as I explained everything I was trying to manage.

She showed me so much compassion and patience while talking through my situation. She took the time to walk me through the different options available, what she could help with, and ways she could potentially take some of the stress off my shoulders. There was never any pressure; it genuinely felt like she was trying to understand what I needed and figure out how she could help.

What stayed with me most was how much less alone I felt after our conversation. When you’re carrying major life changes, raising three little ones, and trying to manage an entire transition largely by yourself, simply having someone acknowledge that weight and genuinely try to make things easier means more than people realize.

Sometimes great customer service isn’t just about the service itself—it’s about how someone makes you feel while you’re navigating something difficult. Her kindness and compassion made an overwhelming season feel just a little bit lighter, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

Details: 3 bedroom home • Movers only • 5 - 10 miles • Load via stairs

Exceptional Value and Outstanding Service!

I don’t write reviews often, but this company absolutely earned one.

From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Moving can be extremely stressful, especially when you’re doing it with little to no help, and this team truly showed up for me! Almost bright me to tears honestly :) They came more than fully prepared with boxes, wrapping materials, moving supplies… everything I didn’t realize I needed more of. They even stepped in to help pack a bunch of items that weren’t originally part of the plan, which ended up extending the move. That extra effort made all the difference, and I’m so grateful they were willing to help and QUICKLY adapt.

There were a minuscule hiccups along the way because the project scope was much larger than expected, but they never left me hanging. They stayed committed to getting everything completed, communicated with me, and followed through until the job was done. 🙏🏼 That level of dedication says a lot about a company!!!

What impressed me most was the incredible value I received. They didn’t just provide moving services, they became a one-stop shop. They also offer handyman services, which came as an unexpected bonus and saved me from having to hire additional companies. That convenience alone was priceless.

Every single person I interacted with on their team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You can tell they take pride in their work and in serving their customers. ⭐️

Supporting a small owned business that operates with this level of integrity and customer service is an easy decision for me. I will absolutely continue using them for future moves and any other services they provide, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a company that truly goes above and beyond.

Thank you all again!!!! You made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you!

Details: 6-10 items • Armchair / recliner • Sofa • Loveseat • Dining table • Side table / lounge table • Mattress • Bed frame • Mirror / painting • Boxes • Other furniture items • Less than 5 miles • Stairs to load items • No change in floors to unload items

I LOVE THEM!! Super sweet team. They were professional, efficient and prompt. They helped me move my stuff from storage to my apartment and took very good care of my things. They made the moving process stress free and fun!!! I had a few last minute changes and they were able to work with my schedule/availability with no problem(which I really appreciated). They are reasonably priced and they don’t try to drag out the time. Customer service is great. Shantell and her crew were just the best!! any money that I know that’s moving or my future moves I’m definitely hitting up Lavelle services. I highly recommend you book them!! Thank you for all your hard work Levelle!! Keep up the exceptional work!!!

The Lavelle Movers were exceptional! They gave me a heads-up on their arrival time. I had a loveseat to haul away that they had to partially dismantle. No problem. I also needed a very heavy item (about 200 lbs.) that I wanted moved from my SUV into my house. Again, no problem. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use their services if the need arises. Awesome job!

Details: Large items to haul • Furniture, appliances or electronics • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs
