- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of menu offerings and entrée selections are published and viewable at our website: hardwoodcafe-catering.com. Most menu items range from $6.50 per person to $16.50 per person. Special request menu entrees & dinners are quoted upon request. Getaway Excursions may be included with Weddings and Special Events!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial phone or email meeting with client to determine needs & requests 2. Creating menu options for client to choose from as well as addressing additional party planning requests such as theme, décor, date & time, and budget. 3. Once retained, assist in any and all arrangements for event. 4. Perform event with exceptional service and quality
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. 28 years of food preparation and creative catering experience 2. Milwaukee Food Vendors and Manager's Licenses 3. Chef Kreig received training at the University of Wisconsin Food Service and served as the University of Montana Food Director for several years. 4. Chef Debbie assisted in a family operated restaurant business and was the Director of Food and Beverage at Sarasota's renowned restaurant "Spin" located at Serendipity Racket Club, Sarasota, FL. She acquired professional party planning training operating as the General Manager of Celebration Catering, Casino & Yacht Cruises, Milwaukee, WI.
