- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After countless hours of kitchen nights and 50 hour weekends as a manager, I wanted to have quality of life. I cannot see myself doing anything BUT cooking, so I took a chance. I am confidant in my abilities to cook, manage and create great events, but the business side was a bit scary for me. It has been a great learning experience and I am happy I did it. I love to work with clients on a more personal level and really help people. Cooking is my way of taking care of others.

Grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking weekly meals, packaging and labeling them along with storage, event planning, rentals, staffing
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have ideas of what you want. Pick a budget. Be willing to be flexible and listen to the professional. Find someone you like and follows through.
