- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$35/hr for cleaning/laundry $45/hr for organizing $45/hr for interior design We also do packing and unpacking of boxes to keep things organized during a move! ($40/hr-$45/hr) I offer a 10% military discount to all active and veteran military members. Thank you for your unmeasurable sacrifices! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start with a thorough consultation, typically phone for cleaning clients and in-home for organizing and design clients. We set a cap budget if necessary and talk about my estimate on investment in my time for taking on the service(s) and then we set a date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?There is no formal training for cleaning or organizing professionals besides a few courses you can take online, which I have done through NAPO. I am going to be going back to school for interior design, I learned all that I know from purchasing old text books and personal experience, style and taste.
