This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was skidish in the begining because I managed my own properties and did not want to lose any profits. Chaim and his team are great. I no longer have to deal with the day to day activities that took so much time. I am so confident in there ablity to execute that I am able to find more properties to buy now. I make more money now with having them manage my property because my time is better spent then dealing this the day to day or tenants. They are always available and communicate great.

The staff at Milwaukee Property Management has been doing an great job taking care of my 10 properties. The properties are in excellent condition, all the apartments are rented and all the rents are paid. I recommend Milwaukee Property Management to anyone who’s looking for a responsible, responsive company to manage their properties large or small.
