Nikia does a great job of managing my vacation rental in Houston. My rental was vacant prior to her company assisting in managing the estate. Nikia is always responsive, her team provides great service and ensures that my property is well-maintained. If you're looking to get into the Airbnb and Vrbo market but don't want to deal with the headache. I recommend her.
