Michael has managed several of our properties for years and I have to say he is honest, to the point, and very good at what he does for us. I can just own our properties and he does a great job taking care of all the details. I highly recommend him and his team.

I have all of my properties with PMI of Greater Milwaukee. Mike and his entire team have been outstanding with incredible response time and always there when I need them.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As a licensed real estate broker we are required to maintain and keep current our license with continuing education. We are also members of the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin and attend regular training events.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that the service provide is accessible. We have a 24 support hotline where someone can be reached at a moments notice, we also give out the direct numbers to our employees ensuring that you have the best experience with us

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That its not as easy as just collecting a check at the first of the month. This industry is extremely labor intensive, collecting rent can be at times like herding cats. Throw on top of that full service maintenance and upkeep and you have a full time job for sure.
