We have been working with Renters Warehouse in Milwaukee for 8 months now and everything is great! We weren't having any luck selling our house and after talking to them, everything seemed too easy. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No! We do not have an industry standard pricing system! Tenant placement service is non-exclusive, no fees upfront, leasing fee of one months rent for leases 0-17 months. Property management flat fee of $59-$89/month/unit depending on number of units, no binding contracts, no cancellation fee and one time set up fee of $99. Simple, economical, fair!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1 is our FREE no obligation rental analysis. A full-time licensed leasing agent will visit you and your home for our pricing analysis. Step 2 is our tenant placement service where we do all the work to match the perfect tenant. Step 3 is our 24/7 property management where you can sit back, let us do all the work and you can enjoy cash flow. Step 4 is our curveball protection against evictions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly innovating and improving our systems and education. We are a licensed brokerage in the State of Wisconsin. We constantly are upgrading to new software and technology to improve the productivity and efficiency of our agents and staff. We continually strive to provide them with the tools to do a great job for our customers. All leasing agents are full time licensed real estate sales persons.
