- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. To list a home, the minimum commission is 4.9% or $2,500 (Greater of), which is paid at closing. No other hidden fees, or upfront cost. When acting as a buyer's agent, there's no cost to the client for my services, as the seller offers buyers agent a standard offered commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is communication. I'm contact or meet with my clients to get a complete understanding of what their goals and expectations are. Then set up a plan to achieve and exceed my client's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an experienced, full time Realtor (5+years) and Real Estate Investor (8+ years). I have worked many transactions, from residential to commercial. I work with first time buyers, investors, 2nd & 3rd time buyers and beyond. I'm confident in my skills to provide my clients with the best possible service, while keeping an eye on my client's costs.
