- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $50 and increases based on the complexity of the return. Everyone has a different tax situation which often makes it difficult to quote a price. Because of this, we often offer a new client specials to simplify the process while we get to know more about you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time that works for you when you have your paperwork ready. In most cases, we complete your tax return while you wait. This makes it easier because we can ask you all of the questions that are necessary to complete your return. We can handle your return virtually and we do ofter a pick up service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-owner Ken Riche (Waukesha) has been a CPA for over 55 years and specializes in small business and real estate tax returns. Co-owner Benjamin Riche is a tax law expert and has prepared over 14,000 tax returns and amendments since 2008.
