- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer base rates which may increase based upon scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief introduction followed by an explanation of our process which will let the customer know what they can expect from us. We keep in touch with our clients so that the customers are aware of our progress through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in the Annual Tax Filling Season Program recognized by the IRS. The program allows for us to be listed in a directory of reputable tax preparers in the United States. The affiliate company I work through One Stop Taxes also provides its preparers with training throughout the tax season. On a personal level I have my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and have worked in Banking and Finance for close to 30 years. I worked for over 10 years in Accounting which provided exposure to various tax documents and preparation specifically for banks.
