Joe picked up 2 toilets at Home Depot, removed the old toilets, installed the new ones all quickly and efficiently, disposed of the old ones all at a reasonable price. Things could not have gone better.

If you are looking for a handyman that is reliable, honest, and really easy to work with. We found James. Not only does he do excellent work, he shows up on time, and if he is delayed, he will actually call you to let you know, wow! We had him work at our rental property, he is so trustworthy, we gave him keys so he could do the work without having to wait for us to meet him. He completed all of the work within the timeframe he told us. He knows what he is doing, and certainly didn't need any supervision; unlike some bad past experiences we have had. We cannot say enough about James. We have several projects that we need completed at our home, and of course, I called James. If you need a "handyman", call James.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inexpensive, as I understand most of your needs are unexpected. You do not need someone price-gouging you on top of that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a lot of questions before starting the initial prorgect to better understand what I need to do, or prepare for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing building maintenance and construction for 20 years( it seems crazy to me because I am only 35). I have certification for heating and cooling, licensed certified pool operator, and a Tract pipe specialist for CSST gas lines.
