- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I charge $75 an hour on service repair jobs. I charge a flat fee for water heater, faucet, softener, toilet,other fixtures. The flat fees for these items are always under $375. With the exception of tankless water heaters., which require a on site evaluation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It start with a phone call. I like to hear about their plumbing situation and then start asking questions to see if I can be of service for them. After they I would like to meet the in person if it's a big job or nake plans to go to the hone or place of business to make the repair or replacement of the plumbing issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended an trade and technical high school. After high school I enrolled in the plumber local 75 plumbing apprenticeship. After year years of job the job training and class room instructions I achieved my journeyman license and also my master plumbers license.
