I am an ordained minister and Board Certified Christian Counselor with 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship difficulties, grief, major life transitions, personal struggles, and questions of faith and purpose.
My approach is warm, compassionate, practical, and conversational. I believe meaningful change begins with being heard and understood. Together, we can explore what's happening in your life and work toward greater clarity, healthier relationships, and personal growth.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, relationships, and beliefs. While my work is informed by Christian values, you do not need to be religious to work with me. I respect your individual experiences and beliefs and will never impose my own.
