We focus on quality and the little details. I started doing home remodeling 29 years ago and formed Multifarious Contracting Services LLC in in 2011. We have a 4.98 out of 5 on Home Advisor and an "A" rating on Angie's List with our customers. With our focus on quality and customer satisfaction about 40% of or work is repeat customers, their friends, family and other referrals. We are bringing our services to Thumbtack to expand our customer base. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, laminate, vinyl plank, engineered hardwood and prefinished solid hardwood flooring, basement remodel and finishing. Kitchen and bath upgrades and carpentry work. We look forward to working with you on your future projects.
We primarily focus on flooring and painting. If we are installing flooring in your bathroom, we can also install new vanities and toilets. We also install new base trim and/or shoe moulding if needed when we install your new flooring. We do floor leveling, subfloor repair and new subfloors if we're installing the new flooring.
When choosing someone or a company to do your project please keep in mind we pay for these leads. They can cost us between $40 to $100. We had a laminate floor installed throughout a ranch style home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 halls, familyroom, and kitchen. All without a transition strip. The livingroom and 1 of the halls did have a strip, which was needed for ascetics.Quality of work was outstanding. We also had the whole basement painted which was of great quality also. Very reasonal pricing. I would hire again. Thank you.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job on our project. We had 3 different floorings (carpet, vinyl, and laminate) in one area that we converted to all LVP. The project turned out to be a bigger job than originally anticipated because once our old flooring was ripped out it turned out none of the subfloor was level and there was a massive dip in our living room subfloor. Jason had to effectively re-build our floors. They still got all of this done in only 2 days longer than originally expected and it turned out beautifully. The finishes are expertly done and it is now all level and gorgeous, and as a bonus our floor doesn’t creak at all anymore because they fixed that too! I am very impressed with the quality of work and the timely manner in which everything was completed. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors redone, especially in an older home where you may run into problems once opening up the old floors.

After meeting with Jason for a quote on my painting and flooring job,I instantly hired him! Jason did an exceptional job for me. He was trustworthy, hard-working, timely and so much more that you would desire in a professional contractor. Jason created a fabulous living space for me! Had luxury vinyl installed with Multifarious. Jason was able to get out for an estimate shortly after contact. He was very responsive and kept in contact throughout the project. He also offered good recommendations on products. The job was finished in a day as promised. Jason also went above and beyond to make sure some missing pieces of base board/trim were replaced. The floors looks great! Would recommend Multifarious to anyone looking to have their floors replaced.

Jason from Multifarious Contracting did an excellent job laying down the laminate flooring in our basement. He told us the perfect amount of flooring to order, completed the job in just two days, and did all of this for a very fair price. I would highly recommend working with him for any flooring jobs.
