I worked out with John for two packages prior to getting pregnant with my second child. John pushed me to get in the workouts that I hated doing on my own, and did not allow the words "I can't" into our sessions. I also loved how he would switch up our workouts from boxing, to TRX, to weight work. I never got bored with our weekly sessions!
