Michael was very detailed about the work and it turned out fantastic. Took his time as needed and addressed our specific concerns about water sealing and previous people who attempted the work and let it in terrible condition.
He was able to salvage the mess left behind by two other people who attempted the project and did it within a VERY timely fashion.
Would recommend and hire again.
