The sales portion was fine in that the price for the windows I received was very good. The portion of the whole process after the initial sale is where Ecoview fell short. I had to constantly follow up with the sales person to find out the status of my windows and when the installation would take place. I would sometimes wait for days before receiving a response or the response I got one time was, “I’m not sure when your windows will be installed, you’ll have to call the main office.” I thought that lacked customer satisfaction or care. The installation crew was very punctual. Tom was scheduled to arrive at 7:00 am and he arrived right at 7:00 am. The four windows I purchased took three hours to install, which is how long Tom (installation guy) said it would take. The only thing I wish he would’ve done was put back up our blinds that he took down. It definitely seemed as though he had a time crunch. When I looked at the window sticker, I discovered the window ratings didn’t match those of the windows I purchased, which weare directly called out on the contract I signed. When I followed up with the sales person about this, his response was the windows we received are better than those we purchased. I question this because the Imperial LS windows we purchased were touted as the best window in their literature. They were further touted as the best by the same sales person who told me the windows we actually received were better (suspicious). I left a voice mail with there office the evening of the day the installation took place and I still haven’t heard back from Ecoview. The installation was now two days ago as of this review (plenty of time to follow up). My wife and I felt that once they received the final payment, which they required after installation, that we were no longer necessary to Ecoview. Don’t get me wrong, the new windows are far and away better than the 29 year old windows we had but customer service, care and communication were very lackluster. I have 13 more 29 year old windows to replace at my house and I will definitely need to see some changes before I choose Ecoview again.
