I am a small plumbing business. Because if this the service I provide is more personable. When you have questions at night I don't put my phone down at 3pm. I will be happy to message you with any questions and or concerns. The service I provide stands out simply because of honesty. I will be upfront and never try to sell more than what is needed. If I feel a specific repair would be to costly and replacement is the best option the customer will know. We dont work on commission so up selling will not happen. I am a skilled professional in one area, PLUMBING. If you want professional and knowledgable service be sure to hire a Master Plumber. Not sure? Just ask. Most contractors if not a Master Plumber will not respond to you when asked. The biggest issue with Thumbtack is I compete with contractors who will cut grass or plow snow one day and install a sink the next. This is against the law!! You wouldnt have a Foot doctor operate on your Brain so why is plumbing any different. I Love problem solving. It gives me satisfaction to make operable something a customer needs.

He arrived right on time. There were three projects to do and he did them in a very short time. Wonderful job and very professional. My mother's house no longer has drips, leaks or clogs. He made an 82 year old lady extremely happy. And her water bill will be going way down. Thanks.

Absolute was great clearing a blockage in the pipes under the kitchen sink and then replacing the garbage disposal, all while explaining what happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and why things needed to be replaced. I will definitely be calling them again next time I screw up my plumbing.

On November 4-5 we had Absolute Plumbing in to replace our water heater and also replace our hot and cold galvanized water pipes with copper pipes. We had 5 estimates, and even though Absolute was one of the lowest quotes Doug offered the most work for the cost, replacing ALL the pipes from the water main to the sinks and toilets, replacing the washtub faucet, new shutoffs for the bathroom sinks and toilets, removed a water softener, and also added an extra shutoff before the water meter so that we wouldn't have to shut the water off from the street. Some of the other quotes only did half the work that Doug and his crew did. They came right on time when they said they would be here both days. The work was done smoothly and the work area was cleaned up before they left on Saturday. As a footnote, on Saturday night we noticed 2 small leaks, neither of them major, and I sent an email Sunday morning to Doug to let him know about them and they could wait until Monday. Doug came 3 hours later, on Sunday, and took care of the leaks in 20 minutes. Got to say that after a long time of low water pressure from the old pipes, the first hot shower Saturday night was a pure pleasure. Absolute Plumbing is absolutely the best decision we made to handle our plumbing problem. Very knowledgable and ready to work with us to solve our water problem. Thanks Doug.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to price ahead of time. I can also price over the phone if a good description or picture is sent. If the work goes beyond what is quoted the additional prices can be given. This always gives the customer the out from the start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more detail the better. This could be in a verbal description or pictures. I like to do only what is needed. I always like to make suggestions to save future problems and money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served a 5 year plumbing apprenticeship. I served with Tim's Plumbing Service, Friese Mueller and Joe Debelak Plumbing. I received versatile training in all areas of plumbing that allows me to give customers the best experience possible. In addition I completed extra schooling to receive my Masters which is also credentialed by the State of Wisconsin. I have 20 years experience in service, remodling, repair and construction.
