- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to price ahead of time. I can also price over the phone if a good description or picture is sent. If the work goes beyond what is quoted the additional prices can be given. This always gives the customer the out from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more detail the better. This could be in a verbal description or pictures. I like to do only what is needed. I always like to make suggestions to save future problems and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served a 5 year plumbing apprenticeship. I served with Tim's Plumbing Service, Friese Mueller and Joe Debelak Plumbing. I received versatile training in all areas of plumbing that allows me to give customers the best experience possible. In addition I completed extra schooling to receive my Masters which is also credentialed by the State of Wisconsin. I have 20 years experience in service, remodling, repair and construction.
