John from Advanced Home Exteriors provided me with a fair and honest estimate. John explained everything in a way I could understand and gave me both quotes for a repair and a full roof. He really explained what needed to be done and was just a really good guy. I received the estimate and signed a contract for a full roof! They are even going to repair a small area of concern before the job, (gratis!) while I get my ducks in a row to start the job. I had a couple other quotes, one outrageous and John not only came in competitively but more so he was straightforward and I felt confident in making the decision to go with Advanced Home Exteriors! I had a great experience with Advanced Home Exterior. I was dealing with a roof leak and had been struggling to get help quickly. Another roofer delayed scheduling an estimate, and once I finally received one, they were not able to schedule the work for several weeks. I also reached out to several other roofers and either did not receive calls back or could not get help soon enough with more rain coming.
I contacted Advanced Home Exterior, and within the hour they were on site to take a look. They provided an estimate by the end of the day and were able to schedule the work right away. I really appreciated their communication, responsiveness, and willingness to help with an urgent issue.
I’m very grateful for the help from John and the team, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
