We have hired Schulze Exteriors for two jobs. We have been very pleased with the work. Casey is great to work with and his crew are friendly and hard working. We are very happy with our new roof. Earlier they wrapped our windows and did soffit and fascia work on both our entrances. We are very happy with the finished product.

Casey and his team did a great job installing soffit and siding on my new home and boat house. It was a large and complex job with window lineals and vinyl shake siding. His team worked through January in subzero condition to get the job done. Casey is easy to work with and makes satisfying the customers a top priority.

The owner responded to my request for a quote in less than a day, the work was guaranteed, the crew workers were insuranced (which is important in case they were to get hurt on your property), and the overall price was reasonable. Being a single woman who makes all the decisions concerning my house alone, hiring a contractor to do a major job can be a daunting task. So, fnding someone to replace the roof on my house and garage was something I put off and really dreaded. However, I shouldn't have worried because Casey Schulze answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I didn't feel I was being talked down to or taken for a ride. Some contractors or home service providers can talk a good game, but not be on the up and up, or even show up when they say they will. Casey was truly a good guy, and did I mention patient? His crew was very friendly, considerate and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I honestly did not mind having them at my house working. It wasn't awkward because they were nice fellas. The entire job was finished on-time and done for the cost originally quoted. I was wholly satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working on exterior remodeling projects with my uncle as a young boy. My first job was for a siding company at age 15 and have been in the business ever since.
