We have hired Schulze Exteriors for two jobs. We have been very pleased with the work. Casey is great to work with and his crew are friendly and hard working. We are very happy with our new roof. Earlier they wrapped our windows and did soffit and fascia work on both our entrances. We are very happy with the finished product.

The owner responded to my request for a quote in less than a day, the work was guaranteed, the crew workers were insuranced (which is important in case they were to get hurt on your property), and the overall price was reasonable.

Being a single woman who makes all the decisions concerning my house alone, hiring a contractor to do a major job can be a daunting task. So, fnding someone to replace the roof on my house and garage was something I put off and really dreaded. However, I shouldn't have worried because Casey Schulze answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I didn't feel I was being talked down to or taken for a ride. Some contractors or home service providers can talk a good game, but not be on the up and up, or even show up when they say they will. Casey was truly a good guy, and did I mention patient?

His crew was very friendly, considerate and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I honestly did not mind having them at my house working. It wasn't awkward because they were nice fellas.

The entire job was finished on-time and done for the cost originally quoted. I was wholly satisfied.
